Help on the NASDAQ 100 Index (ND)
NASDAQ 100 Futures are traded on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
The price of the NASDAQ is quoted in terms of Points. The standard
contract size is 100 times the Index . The minimum trading increment
is 0.05
NASDAQ prices are read as follows:
A price of 1482.25 would be read as 1482.25 points
A move from 1482.25 to 1483.25 would be a difference of $100.00
excluding commissions and fees. The minimum change is 0.05 point
or $5.00
Formula: 1483.25 - 1482.25 = 1.00 * 100 = $100.00
