Help on the Dollar Index (DX)
Dollar Index Futures are traded on the Commodity Exchange Center.
The price of the Dollar Index is quoted in dollars per unit. The
standard contract size is 1,000 units. The minimum trading increment
is 0.01 unit.
Dollar Index prices are read as follows:
A price of 95.57 would be read as 95.57 points.
A move from 95.57 to 96.57 would be a difference of $1,000.00
excluding commissions and fees. The minimum change is 0.01 point
or $10.00
Formula: 96.57 - 95.57 = 1.00 *1,000 = $1,000.00
