I have finished the short “how to” video on completing the MF Global Commodity Customer Claims Form. This is obviously a rough video, as my talents (though limited) are better confined to asset allocation and commodities trading.

When preparing your claim I would suggest you have the following paperwork available:

• Commodity Customer Claims Packet
• Commodity Customer Claims Companion
• MF Global October 31^st Monthly Statement (or September 31^st if you did not trade in the month of October)
• November 4^th RJ O’Brien Statement (If you had open commodity positions transferred)
• November thru December daily statements from RJ O’Brien
